One possible reply- If you look at old movies or photographs you can instantly tell if it is from a different era. The technology is old and limited, special effects are minimal etc. On a website it is the same thing. It begins to look dated and the inference from viewers is old, not up to date, technologically deficient.....
That is the conclusion they make about the comapny itself.
A website must be kept up to date or it becomes a negative reflection of the company.</description>
